Pricing (Private Studio)

At Beats and Bites, we offer clear, straightforward pricing that caters to both individual musicians and small groups, with adjustments for peak hours and discounts for extended bookings. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our pricing structure:

 

1. Hourly Rates

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday):

  • S$20 per hour

  • Ideal for those looking for a quiet, productive session during the day or after work.

• Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and Public Holidays:

  • S$25 per hour

  • Perfect for groups or individuals who prefer the convenience of weekend sessions or plan their practice on holidays.

 

2. Block Booking Discounts

Musicians who require longer sessions can enjoy savings through our block booking discount:

• Book 3 or more consecutive hours and receive a 10% discount on your total booking fee.

  • Example:

    • Weekday rate for 3 hours: S$54 (instead of S$60).

    • Weekend/Public Holiday rate for 3 hours: S$67.50 (instead of S$75).

The discount applies automatically when booking online or can be calculated by staff for in-person bookings.

 

3. Additional Fees

• Peak Hour Prepayments:

  • A non-refundable prepayment is required for bookings during peak hours (weekday evenings 6:00 PM–8:00 PM and all weekend slots). This ensures your time slot is secured and helps us manage high demand efficiently.

• Last-Minute Booking Fee:

  • Walk-ins and bookings made less than 1 hour before the session may incur an additional S$5 fee, subject to room availability.

 

4. Group Use Pricing

Our private studios are designed to accommodate up to 4-5 people per session, making them perfect for group rehearsals or peer learning sessions:

• The base pricing (S$20–S$25 per hour) applies for groups of 4-5 people.

• For groups of 6-8 people, an additional S$10 per hour will be added to cover the extra equipment usage and room preparation costs.

Example for a 2-hour session on a weekend with 7 people:

• Base cost: S$50 (S$25/hour)

• Group surcharge: S$20 (S$10/hour for 2 hours)

• Total: S$70

 

5. Payment Methods and Options

We accept multiple payment methods to make your booking process as smooth as possible:

• Online Prepayment: Credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (e.g., PayNow, GrabPay).

• On-Site Payment: Cash or card payments are accepted for non-peak slots or walk-ins.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the booking time are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will not be refunded.
